Submitted claim and took WEEKS to even be reviewed for approval. I called back in the middle of all this to inquire about canceling the claim prior to payment being issued, so I could then re-shop insurance companies. The next day, payment was issued, solidifying the claim, despite my documented request not to! Filing formal complaint. This is corrupt business practice!"
